Brainsport Times July 18, 2018

We're happy to be featuring another first-time event in this week's edition of the Times. AIESEC Saskatoon is hosting its first-ever community run this August; with a distance for everyone! For those of you not familiar, AIESEC is the world's largest non-profit youth-run organization. It provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural global internships, and volunteer exchange experiences across the world.This summer AIESEC Saskatoon is introducing a cross-country-like race to the city with distances ranging from the mile to 10K.To learn more about this event we're speaking with AIESEC's Courtney Hufsmith in this week's Q&A. Brainsport Times July 4, 2018

We're talking CrossFit in today's Times. The Voodoo Fitness Festival takes place in September here in Saskatoon; and Brainsport is sponsoring the run portion of the event. The Voodoo Fitness Festival will draw more than 500 athletes from across Canada into Saskatoon for a weekend of competition.To get the scoop on this event we're speaking with organizing committee member and CrossFit Games athlete Laurie Meschishnick.So, let's get right to it! Q&A with Laurie MeschishnickTara: Some of our readers may be familiar with the Voodoo Fitness Festival, while others likely aren't. With summer now underway it's time to start thinking about fall races. In Saskatchewan, we're fortunate to have a premier road racing event in both the spring and fall - the Saskatchewan Marathon in May and the Queen City Marathon in September.  When it comes to fall racing the Queen City Marathon in Regina is a top-notch event for those looking to stay close to home. Brainsport Times Feb. 21, 2018

We're just a couple weeks away from the 2018 Brainsport Brainfreeze! Brainsport Times May 24, 2017

This is a big weekend for the local running community, and beyond, with the running of the Saskatchewan Marathon; all the best to everyone participating! There's such a celebratory atmosphere at this event over the course of the weekend - we hope you all soak it up and are proud of the hard work you've put in to get there.  Speaking of hard work, for those of you looking to keep up with your training over the summer months the Brainsport Running Academy kicks off its Summer Tune-Up Course on June 6.
